"Original genuine IBM" 9-cell batttery for Thinkpad T500. It works as advertised -- including sticking out from the rear like a pumped up butt. It's what I wanted, so I just have to build up my own muscles to haul it around -- the extra weight DOES make a difference.

Battery arrived quickly in good working condition. These are the stats read off from Lenovo Power Manager: Manufacture date: 2008-02-29; First used date: 2009-04, Cycle count: 0; Full charge capacity: 78.38 Wh; Design Capacity: 84.24 Wh.

It has apparently sat around a while but considering it's at 93% off its original design capacity, and a brand new battery goes for $180 from Lenovo, it is a good deal...
